Cairn House, Inverness
The building of Cairn House, incorporating the Highland headquarters of Cairn Housing Association and town centre apartments, created a new landmark building in Inverness.

A delightful development of new homes, sympathetically designed to sit alongside existing properties in the village.

Riverview, Inverness
Work is now complete on this prestigious development on the banks of the River Ness. This brownfield site is being regenerated into much needed new apartments. Piling expertise and knowledge of working in tidal areas was essential in the initial phase of this contract.

Former Bank in High Street
The lovely facade of the former Bank of Scotland office in High Street, Inverness was cleaned, repaired and restored when the building was scaffolded for roof repairs. It has now been converted to a pub.

Charlie’s Café & Margaret Street Development, Inverness
The re-development of the Inverness institution that is Charlie’s Café was keenly watched by its clientele at this very busy bus station location. Working on this confined site to build Charlie’s Café and the neighbouring flats afterwards required significant logistical expertise.

House at Bunloit
This beautiful home was built at a stunning location overlooking Loch Ness, requiring significant engineering skill for services such as bored water.

John M Munro, Shop in Dingwall
Dingwall High Street has been significantly upgraded recently with addition of new shops for New Look, Au Natural, Off the Peg and this butcher’s shop for John M Munro together with flats behind the High Street all by William Gray Construction.

St Francis Gardens, Inverness
St Francis Gardens was a design and build project of 43 flatted properties for Cairn Housing Association. The development is an eye-catching replacement for the old hostel that formerly occupied the site which, through a number of years of vandalism and neglect, became unsafe. William Gray Construction bought the site and delivered the new homes six months ahead of schedule.
