Operatives are working towards the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) certificates in conjunction with the CITB (Construction Industry Training Board), ensuring that quality skills are maintained and developed.

Plant operatives are working towards Construction Plant Competence Scheme accreditation. The main picture of the Riverview development shows operatives putting "slingers/signallers" training into practice.
