We have a vacancy for a full time Receptionist / Admin Assistant for our busy Inverness Office. No two days are the same and this exciting opportunity will give you variety, challenges and a great team to work with. The role will include:
- Answering the telephone.
- Meeting and greeting customers and visitors.
- Entering purchase invoices and delivery notes.
- Scanning and filing.
- Experience of Microsoft Office is necessary and a driving licence is preferred.
